My client specialises in bespoke automated solutions for several different industries and requires a Facilities manager to help coordinate and support the manufacturing environment.

So what are we looking for? This role is for a Facilities Manager, you must have previous experience within this role. Maintenance managers, Site Managers, Works Engineers who have experience in scheduling services and coordinating the Maintenance of manufacturing facilities would be desired. Your role will include several handyman engineering jobs such as changing the odd lightbulb or Maintenance the onsite facilities. Alongside this the Facilities Manager will need to be well organised in scheduling health and safety checks and keeping the maintenance of production machinery.

A degree is not a necessity for the Facilities Manager. The role will suit an engineer who has previously worked within a manufacturing environment and has done similar tasks. As for a personality, my clients are growing fast however keeping their ways with how they treat their staff. This is a comfortable friendly environment looking for Facilities Manager to join them with a similar personality.

What do we offer this Facilities Manager? Unfortunately this is not the job for a £36,000salary; we can offer up to £30,000 depending on your previous experience.
