Salary: £28,800 – £31,200 per year
My client who are a large Facilities Management company is looking for a Fabric Engineer in Chester. This role will be initially until the end of the year with potential to go on longer for the right candidate. My client is looking for someone for an immediate start if successful with an interview.
The ideal engineer will have worked in Facilities Management before.
The Salary for this role is between £28,800 – £31,200DOE
Fabric Engineer duties will include:
- The role covers all aspects of general site management including, planned and reactive building maintenance.
- To present a front facing customer service attitude to the customer at all times.
- To ensure security of the building at all times.
- Painting work
- Plastering
- Hanging doors
- Changing locks
- Joinery work
- Any other reasonable duties
