MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN / AIR CONDITIONING / FABRIC / MECHANICAL ENGINEER / SHIFT SUPERVISOR – SHIFT / HOLIDAY / SICKNESS COVER – LONDON & HOME COUNTIES – £15.6 – £21.6:00 PER HOUR (TEMP)

Exciting opportunity to work for a number of established FM service providers in London. Due to an increasing work load a number of clients are requesting electrical or mechanically biased engineers to cover shifts, sickness, holiday cover and projects. The successful candidates will be technically qualified with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
He or she will be required to work across a number of different sites from blue chip commercial offices, hotels, universities, banks, data centres and hospitals to name only a few. The hours will also vary from a typical 8am to 5pm day shift to 12 hours 4on 4off / continental day and night shifts.
An understanding of the following plant will be essential when working on most sites; Electrical (Maintenance/Installation), UPS systems, Generators, Power Distribution, BMS systems, Air Conditioning (AHU, FCU’s, Chillers) Pumps, Motors, Seals, Water treatment, Plumbing and general fabric.

Electrically or mechanically qualified
