Fabric Engineer/handyman
Location: Commutable from Dudley, Stourbridge, Halesowen, Cradley Heath, Smethwick and West Bromwich, Wolverhampton,Solihull
Salary: £26,400 – £33,600
Hours: 8:00 – 4:30
Type: Temp – Perm
Key skills: Maintenance, fabric, joinery, building services, FM, facilities, plumbing, painting & decorating and basic electrical.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The fabric engineer will be working on a large single site based in theWest Midlands. The fabric engineer will be responsible for carrying out a wide variety of general maintenance duties including painting and decorating, basic joinery, basic plumbing, lighting changes and tiling.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Candidates must have;
* Candidate will require full recent DBS check.
* Excellent customer services skills
* Building maintenance experience
* Joinery, plumbing, decoration experience
* Basic electrical skills
* Health & safety awareness
