Salary: £42,000 per year

Fabric Engineer – Global Technology Company – Oxford Street, London

My client is seeking an experienced Fabric Engineer to join a Global Technology Companies Facilities Team. This is a very opportunity to work in an incredible environment which is very unique to the FM industry.

As the onsite Fabric Engineer, you will be required to attend any PPM’s and Reactive duties of a Fabric Nature, build good relationships with staff members and have an eye for detail.

Duties Include:

* Basic Joinery

* Painting

* Basic Plumbing

* Touching up scuffs and marks

* General maintenance such as putting up notice boards, basic plastering, door handles & locks etc

* Assisting and escorting sub-contractors throughout the building

* Assisting other Engineers on site

Salary & Package:

* £35,000.00 + Overtime

* Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00

The Person:

* City & Guilds in Carpentry OR Plumbing OR Painting

* Demonstrate strong communication and people skills

* Able to write report and carry out quotes.
