Graduate Fabric Production Manager – Textile Technology or Textile Science related Degree

Our market leading Textile Manufacturer are currently looking to recruit a recent graduate or someone who is in their final year with a Textile based degree to join their Manufacturing site in Stockport.
This opportunity is available due to my clients exciting growth plans over the next few years and one that would see you joining on a Trainee Management basis.
On commencement with our client you will start by understanding how their business operates therefore could see you spending considerable time on shop floor to understand various manufacturing procedures and machine work.
Over time with a structured training plan you will learn how to execute fabric production schedules, work alongside the QC Manager in order to fault diagnose and ways to improve efficiency/ output and to engage in future suppliers.
You will be a commercially minded individual who is looking to carve a successful career within Textile manufacturing. Be willing to learn all areas of our clients operation whilst being self motivated.
