Our client manufactures and supplies a comprehensive suite of Franking, Digital Post, hardware and software solutions and services.
Originally founded in Germany where it has operated over 90 years, it now conducts business globally.
The Group prides itself on its ability to offer advanced solutions that are innovatory and cost effective to the business community.
They have been trading in the UK for over 20 years and are currently entering a stage of controlled expansion aimed at increasing its rapidly expanding market share. Reporting to the Telesales Manager based from an office in Harlow,Essex
INTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVE
(Warm Lead Enquiries)
Your duties will include:
Developing prospective customers contact database from handling RFQ leads
Maintaining all Telesales campaigns detailed records
Maintaining a good knowledge of all companies services and products
Aiming to attain pre determined targets
Updating the CRM system with new contacts
Seeking out new income generating opportunities to meet company targets
Work on increasing new business RFQ lead conversion rate in line with company targets
Work on increasing the level of RFQ warm leads conversion rate in line with company targets
You must have an understanding of the office equipment market, experience of the Photocopier or Franking machine industry would be an advantage.
You will be familiar with the requirements for negotiating a lease.
You will have the skill set to build and develop rapport with B2B customers and gain their trust and commitment.
You will have experience of selling by telephone and be looking to maximize your potential earnings to its fullcapacity by our UNCAPPED commission system
You must have exceptional Closing skills
The basic salary will be Negotiable
On Target Earnings will be £30,000pa
All Commission is uncapped
The annual leave entitlement is 24 days plus an additional day after one years service
There is a birthday recovery day entitlement.
