Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year
INTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVE
STOKE ON TRENT
FULL TIME
PERMANENT
£20K DOE PLUS BONUS
THE ROLE
Retaining existing customers and key account management duties
Following up on warm leads to introduce products and services
Achieving agreed sales targets and profitability levels for new products
Ensuring highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty
Establishing new sales contacts, maintaining and building on existing opportunities
Ensuring departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Previous experience within an internal sales, account management or proactive customer service role would be preferred
Strong communication skills
A good level of IT literacy, including experience of operating word processing and database packages, email and internet
A full clean driving licence as some future visits to client sites may be required
