Events Coordinator

Salary: £26,000 per year

Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting a vibrant company in Bath who are seeking an Events coordinator to join the team temporarily for 3-6 months with the possibility of potentially being made permanent. 

As an Events coordinator you will be responsible for liaising with customers in relation to new bookings from initial enquiry through to completion of event. 

Key Duties: 

• Management of events to include booking venues, transport, Making itinerary’s, processing payments and compiling event literature. 
• Liaising with customers and suppliers via email and telephone, making event changes and following up on enquiries. 
• Assisting with ad-hock projects when required. 

We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, immediately available and a great team player.
