Estimator

Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 per year

A multi-award winning high-end Residential design & developer with a portfolio of prestigious homes built across 35 years are looking for an intermediate Estimator to join their Buckinghamshire based team in a full-time working from home role.

The Estimator’s role

The Estimator should have a desire to be a part of a passionate team within a family-run business. They should have excellent communication skills and hold a strong desire to be stuck-in, pro-active and working in a fast-paced environment.

The Estimator will report to the Managing Director and will become immediately involved in the development of some luxury properties across Buckinghamshire and London. Despite being WFH on a full-time basis, they will be required to come to the office twice a month to meet with the company partners.

The Estimator

• 2+ years Estimating experience
• MSc or BSc in a RICS accredited field or HNC/HND in Construction preferrable, but not essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a small/family run business preferrable
• Strong experience in using Microsoft office
• Excellent communication skills
• Close attention to detail
• Full valid UK driving license
• Willing to commute across London and the Home Counties
