Estates Measured Term Contracts Manager

Salary: £23.87 per hour

Apple Recruitment are seeking to recruit a estates measured term contracts manager for out public sector hospital client based in Lisburn.

This role is temporary initially for 6 months, full-time, mon-fri 8.30am-4.30pm, 37.5 hours per week, £23.87 an hour (£38,785.50 per annum)

Essential Criteria:

* Relevant experience in working with construction contracts, maintenance contracts and measured term building contracts.

* Experience of financial management within the building sector

* University Degree or a recognised equiv professional qualification in a building or related subject AND 5 years’ relevant post qualification experience AND Corporate Membership of R.I.C.S AND 3 Years’ relevant post qualification experience

* Hold a full current driving licence

* Working knowledge of current Health & safety legislation; building services; contracting procedures
