Salary: £42,000 – £60,000 per year
Contracts Manager is required for a very well established Construction company based in West Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a great company who are continuously expanding. The successful Contracts Manager will have a proven track record in the refurbishment and fit out sector. Typical projects will be refurbishments of leisure centres, retail units and occasional residential units.
Contracts Manager’s Package:
* £35K – £50K (depending on experience)

Contracts Manager’s Role:
* Managing a range of refurbishment and fit-out projects from initial enquiry through to handover
* Projects in Retail & Leisure, Commercial, Residential & Public Sector
* Financial control, quantity surveying & quoting for projects
* Management of Site Managers / Sub-Contractors
* Health & safety management
* Client management
Contracts Manager’s Requirements:
* You will have 3 years experience in contracts management
* Experience in financial control & quantity surveying
* Hold SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
* Proven track record of delivering Construction projects
* Experience in Retail / Leisure, Commercial & Public
* Willingness to travel for different contracts
* Full valid UK driving license
