Salary: £72,000 per year

Estates & Infrastructure Manager, Competitive Salary + Benefits
Various Locations within the East of England

A new and diverse role in which to further your facilities management career. The successful candidate will support and deliver the requirements of hard services contracts and manage the day-to-day operational provision and maintenance of integrated hard services within the Firm’s infrastructure.

In addition, the successful candidate will work alongside the Operations manager and support the Operations Director in delivering a first class leading service to the business and clients.

This is an exciting role, within a top 100 UK law firm with a wide range of responsibilities including:

* Health & safety

* Budgeting

* Procurement

* Statutory and regulatory compliance

* Reactive and planned maintenance

* Project and contract management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Previous experience and knowledge of Facilities Management (Hard services)

* M&E experience, ideally with a strong building management background.

* A good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.

* An excellent knowledge of building compliance and regulation.

* A confident communicator

* Full UK Driving licence
