1 Temporary Post for a period of 6 months.
1 Temporary Part Time post, for a period of 6 months, working 18.5 hours, Monday to Wednesday morning.

Our client currently has an opportunity for an Estate Officer to join their team based in Coventry, Housing and Neighbourhood Services. The key responsibility of this role will be to carry out inspections to communal parts of the estate as well as tenants homes. You will identify repairs and rechargeable works whilst dealing with anti-social behaviour and identifying breaches of tenancy conditions.

They are looking for the ideal candidate to assist with the development of proposals to improve the environment. You will monitor the standard of void repairs and challenge standards, carry out transfer inspections and also interview complainants and perpetrators.

The successful candidate for this role will have previous experience of working for a housing service provider and will have knowledge of domestic property structure. You will have the ability to carry out estate inspections and have interviewing skills to discuss rent arrears, anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood disputes. They are looking for an excellent communicator and a team member who can also implement policies where required.
