What you’ll do
Complete EPC Assessments and energy modelling for a variety of purposes utilising a variety of software (IES-VE, TAS, Grasshopper & Excel), Review energy/compliance models. Provide energy consultancy services to a range of clients (Energy Strategies, ESCo procurement, net zero carbon advice). Liaise and advise clients on energy/environmental legislation. Manage outsourced providers. Keep up to date and apply legislation and environmental standards.
Experience you need
Minimum Level 4 Accredited EPC Assessor and associated degree in Mechanical Building Services, Energy Engineering, Architectural Engineering or equiv. Proven experience in IES VE and IES Apache HVAC. Proven experience range of energy modelling activities or a range of project types such as energy performance modelling, compliance and thermal comfort analysis. Good understanding of building HVAC systems and controls. Excellent communicator, able to work autonomously, stay focussed with great attention to detail. Provide clear, technical reports and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
