Hospitality Assessor Front and/or Back of House – Multi-Skilled Hospitality (Food & Beverage / Front of House / Professional Cookery) London

Salary: £26,400 – £28,200 (OTE £25K – £27K) + bonus+ expenses + vehicle

Our client is a successful National Training Organisation, who delivers work based training programmes to individuals across the UK. Due to company growth they are now looking to appoint an experienced Hospitality / Catering Assessor based in London (any location).

The successful Assessor will be responsible for the training, assessment and support of a caseload of learners undertaking Apprenticeships within Hospitality, and to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of Apprenticeships in line with company procedures.

We are ideally looking for Multi-Skilled Assessors to assess across Front and Back of House disciplines, but on this occasion we are able to consider candidates with 1 specialism i.e. – Front of House

Essential Criteria:

Recognised Assessor award: D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA
PTLLS or equivalent
Experience of delivering the full framework Apprenticeships with Key Skills or Functional Skills
Must be a qualified/experienced Work Based Assessor with an IfL Membership
Must hold a minimum of 3 years occupational competence within Hospitality at a Supervisory level
The ability to hit the ground running with a full caseload
Excellent achievement rates
Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively
