Covering Cornwall and part of Devon
This is a field based role with a Cornwall or Plymouth office base
This role includes one weekend every four weeks on call serviceExperience within Civils, Drainage and environmental issues a must.

Girling Jones are looking for a Client Liaison Officer to join a local environmental contractor within the Bodmin area.

The work is for a environmental Contractor that are doing Civils and Drainage and environmental related contracts

I need a candidate who has worked on a similar project as a Client Liaison Officer,

You will be working very closely with the public and used to working in an organised dynamic faced pace environment,

Core parts to the role include

* Build client confidence
* Create a professional environment
* Provide the public and local business with updates and technical options
* Handling complaints

* Book appointments with clients for surveys
* Visit with design team
* Take samples of relevant works and collate essential information (working patters and health issues etc.)
* Take referrals to client
* Carry out pre-condition surveys

* Fully explain all aspects of improvement
* Liaison with site management to obtain relevant information
* Collate satisfaction surveys
* Manage caution lists
* Collate certificates, drawings, reports, surveys for plot handover files
