Enterprise Coach Team Leader

Salary: £45,600 – £54,000 per year

Are you an inspiring leader, trainer, developer, coach looking for a way to share your knowledge with the local business community?

As an Enterprise Coach you will work closely with entrepreneurs as they embark on their journey of setting up their business, as well as supporting new business owners develop and implement new processes and systems, increase performance, and help them with strategic planning.

You will also be managing a team of other coaches, who through Government funding will be providing various new business startup support programmes to business owners throughout Coventry and Warwickshire.

As their team Leader you will need to lead by example and will have various management duties that include:

* Ensuring the team activity is recorded and meets audit requirements

* Producing reports on results

* Liaising with external funding bodies

Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role that includes:

* Providing support for start-up businesses by offering advice on planning, marketing, finance, legal issues and sales

* Developing workshops and training courses

* Working with Public funded contracts like ERDF and ESF

* Achieving monthly target by working directly with the clients

* Experience of managing a customer facing team that is focused on delivering exceptional results

This is a very consultative role that requires exceptional communication and rapport building skills as well as great business acumen and experience spanning various industry sectors.
