About the role

The role of admin team leader involves delivering administrative support and professional assistance to your colleagues within Home group and managing 1 – 2 direct reports. You will be based in our Heath House office in Norwich, within the Care and Support service, although occasional travel may be required for meetings, training and conferences.

The opportunity to work in this vibrant and dynamic working environment requires excellent communications skills, customer service skills, report writing skills, diary management, minute taking, prioritisation and planning skills, as well as excellent numerical reasoning and data analysis skills. You will show a high level of initiative and self motivation and take a proactive approach to resolving problems. The role will also include the appropriate handling of confidential and sensitive information.

Essential skills also include an excellent working knowledge of office procedures and a high level of I.T. knowledge including the proficient use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

The working hours are 37.5 hours per week.

As part of your induction, you will be given a comprehensive introduction to the admin process.
