Engineering Manager needed – rapidly growing, exciting start-up.
Working with an expanding team in the field of smart, IoT heating control technology a Manager with a Mechanical Engineering background and an awareness and interest in heating systems and technology is required to join and lead the team.
It is expected that you will be a Degree Qualified Engineer with 5+ years’ experience n either a consulting, development or heating company role. This role would also suit a Senior or Principle level engineer, confident in their engineering capability and looking to take their first steps in management.
You will be comfortable taking projects through the full design stage to sign-off setting and completing to time and specification.
Being a small developing company in the middle of a period of growth and expansion – you will almost certainly be taken out of your comfort zone and be asked to do new/exciting/challenging/different tasks. A can-do attitude is essential.
