Engineering Manager

Our client is seeking an Engineering Team Leader to work on a large phased Food Manufacturing Plant in the East Midlands

Requirements:

Duties:

Manage the day to day running of the site and operations for the Engineers
Manage the performance of the engineering team across the business including Quality and ensure performance is maintained throughout
Able to manage and lead any planned and reactive maintenance which will include clear and structured planning and communication
Liaise with the production teams to understand and coordinate any breakdowns
Also speaking with various teams to understand what work needs to be done where
Requirements:

Worked as Project Manager or Engineering Team Leader previously
Previous experience within the construction, installation of a food manufacturing facilities
Experience within Food Manufacturing, Process Engineering or Clean room construction
Experience on Design for Process engineering such as Mechanical Electrical

Duration: Interim (6 months initially)
Location: Northampton
Rate: Negotiable
