Key Performance Indicators
Trainee-ships 2 starts per month per site

Progressions 5 Engagement Officer Sourced per site per month

Placements 5 placement employers sourced per month per site

Paperwork/compliance 100% of outcomes verified via Employment Tracker Form

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Ensure targets for progressions are met in line with contractual requirements and individual KPI’s;

• Establish and maintain links with apprenticeship providers and ensure vacancies are matched to learners and positive outcome is achieved;

• To check individuals’ CV, cover letter template and application template are fully prepared in order to assist in job search activity;

• Through telesales, employer visits, mail shots and other marketing initiatives, develop and maintain records of current and potential employers;

• Source suitable employment opportunities for all relevant learners in order to meet individual targets

• Identify suitable learners by matching the right person for the employer’s vacancy in line with individuals KPI’s;

• Ensure all paperwork is completed to a high standard in a timely fashion;

• Work pro-actively with a wide range external partners to ensure up to date information and data is gathered and shared

• Maintain a bank of work placement opportunities to match learners to

EXPERIENCE
Type of experience and specific knowledge required for the job • Previous marketing experience, including cold calling and telesales.
• Excellent knowledge of the recruitment process
• Excellent knowledge of local labour market
• Experience of building diverse credible relationships to promote the company
• Experience of successfully working with disengaged people
• Contractual understanding.
