Employee Relations Manager

Our client a leading service sector specialist requires an Employee Relations Manager based in Manchester working Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week and covering the North.

Duties and responsibilities include providing proactive and professional generalist HR advice and support to a portfolio of sites and support managers across the organisation which assists the business in achieving its overall aims and objectives with responsibility for minimizing and managing risk to the company.

Also providing timely and accurate business focused advice to management teams on company policy and procedure which assists them in providing a more effective service to our customers.

Successful candidate must have strong proven experience similar role, dealing with employee relations issues, ability to work remotely from HR team and must be prepared to travel regularly (incl Scotland). CIPD qualification is preferred but not essential.

Salary is up to £42,000 per annum (Potentially negotiable for the right candidate) with Car/Car allowance.
