Salary: £20.4 – £25.2p/h
Contract: Temp – Perm
My Client is one of the largest building maintenance contractors specialising in carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, refurbishment programmes and specialist projects on Social Housing properties across North / East London
– – NVQ level 3 or equivalent is ESSENTIAL
– PAT Testing Qualification is ESSENTIAL
– 17th Edition is ESSENITAL
-Previous experience working on social housing properties is ESSENTIAL.
-Previous repairs and maintenance experience.
-Carrying out remedial works to comply with regulation
-Full, Clean, Driving License.
