Salary: £54,000 – £57,600 per year
Our client based in Wrexham is currently looking to add an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to their team on a permanent basis.
In this role the candidate will be expected to, alongside a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, lead a maintenance team.
You will report directly into the Maintenance Manager.
Key Duties to Include:
- Support a team of experienced electrical maintenance engineers, to complete both proactive and reactive Maintenance activity.
- Lead and implement improvement program for aging Electrical equipment and machinery.
- Managing installation projects.
- Implement innovative ideas to overcome maintenance problems on site.
- Assign engineers with tasks and activities.
- Training and development of maintenance team with electrical activities.
What we are looking for in the candidate:
- Educated to degree standard in an electrical engineering discipline.
- Alternatively a minimum HNC level qualification with significant experience would be considered.
- Good understanding of electrical control principles and hardware to provide technical support to experienced electrical technicians.
- Detailed knowledge of BS7671 – 18th Edition
- Knowledge of both AC & DC drives and PLC control systems
- Project management skills
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm
- On-call for maintenance emergencies on site.
