Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £48,000 per year

*Working Hours – Monday – Friday – 8:00am-5:00m

*My client is a medium sized maintenance provider who really invest time, effort, and training into their employees. They are currently looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to be based on one a static site in Paddington to look after landlord services.

*This is an immediately available role paying a basic salary of up to £48,000per annum depending on experience.
*Overtime available and fantastic opportunities to progress within the company, this is an employer who prefers to invest heavily and promote from within.
*You will be working Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm however flexibility may be required, carrying out planned & reactive maintenance duties.

*Looking after tenant services.
*HV experience or ticket is desirable.
*My client is looking for a hard-working Engineer with a can-do attitude.

Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to.
*HVAC plant
*Fire Alarm testing
*Water temp testing
*Electrical inspection works
*Pumps
*Cooling Towers
*PPM schedules
*Generators
*3 Phase power supply
*UPS
*AHU’s
*Boilers
*HV experience is desired.

The successful candidate must have:
*Trade trained with at least 3 years’ experience in the building services trade. (Electrical or Mechanical)

*Qualified Electrical or Mechanical City & Guilds levels 1-3 or NVQ.
*18th edition (Not required if Mechanical)
*2391 (desirable)
*HV Ticket (desirable)
*LV Ticket (desirable)
*Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role.
*Must have a can-do attitude.
