Salary: £24.6 – £36.9 per hour
We are thrilled to be assisting a client to recruit an Electrical Installation Tutor who will support a cohort of learners undergoing an Electrical Apprenticeship and other courses with the company. The company is a well established training provider that specialises within electrical. They are based within the centre of Birmingham and are an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ provider.
This position has become available due to success within the organisation; therefore an additional tutor is now required.
In an ideal world, you will already be a qualified tutor however if you’re an experienced electrician looking to move into a teaching role, you will also be considered. The successful applicant must have a passion for helping student achieve and display a positive attitude alongside this.
The role will involve working with Apprentices delivering C&G 5357 Level 3 Diploma and delivering City & Guilds commercial training courses, such as 18th Edition, PAT Tesing, Inspection and Testing and EV Charging.
Desired Skills & Experience
– Previous experience as an electrical tutor.
– Qualified to at least AET/ PTLLS.
– C&G Electrical Installation Level 2/ 3 or equivalent.
– NVQ Level 3
OR
– Qualified electrician looking for a tutoring role.
– Served a recognised electrical apprenticeship.
– Minimum of 5 years ‘on the tools’.
– Relevant industry qualifications.
