Education Recruitment Consultant

This role requires an accomplished recruiter to work for an established Teacher Recruitment agency

You will be working for one of the UK’s fastest growing, independent and innovative Teacher Recruitment agencies with awards for outstanding quality and service.

This is a newly opened branch in Norwich so there is plenty of room for development and career growth and a chance to be “there at the beginning”

There are opportunities to run a Primary, Secondary and SEN desk depending on preference and experience

This is an unusual agency in the fact that you are paid an attractive and relatively high basic salary which is reviewed each year and on successfully hitting mild targets you will have a wage increase every September up to 35% of current basic salary, earning uncapped.

Last year the company grew by 35% the lowest wage increase was 10% the highest was a 25% increase

As they don’t run a typical commission scheme the consultants feel under far less pressure and in theory work in a far more ethical way.

It is hugely important the right type of person is employed, this role wouldn’t be suitable to somebody who is very salesperson like or wants to work in a corporate environment.

The consultants and managers have complete control of pay and charge rates, you can take as much annual leave during school holidays as you wish so long as your desk is covered, last year the average leave taken was 40 days +bank holidays all paid leave.
