Education Recruitment Branch Manager

Salary: £48,000 – £72,000 per year

Branch Manager (Primary, SEND or Secondary) – Vision for Education Sussex

Location: Office location is Negotiable, Sussex Region

Contract: Permanent – Full-Time 

Competitive salary dependent on experience level

Vision for Education is looking to appoint a Branch Manager of our developing Sussex Branch, currently located in Brighton.

Our Brighton Office was established in October 2021, we’ve had an experienced team busily building our client and candidate base across Sussex and now we’re looking to expand our team even more.

We are looking for Experienced Education Consultants or Managers who are keen to make that next well-supported step into management roles.

Key Requirement;

• Successful Education Recruitment experience ideally – or a similar sector 2 + years

• Your role will involve the management of your dedicated area, whether that be Primary, Secondary, and/or SEND, running a successful desk, and growing and developing your own team.
• You will be involved in selecting your office location and space, commencing initially from home.
• You will have the opportunity to work independently, with a great deal of autonomy and the ability to make your own key decisions, but with an overarching level of support.
