ECT of Science

Salary: £35,898 – £38,588 per year

Strategy Education are delighted to be working with a school on the South London / Surrey border who are looking for an ECT of Science to join them for the new academic year. This high performing, Ofsted rated Good comprehensive school is part of a growing trust and the staff team are committed to ensuring that every child thrives and reaches their own, individual potential.

The Headteacher is looking for ECTs who wish to thrive and add value to the whole school teaching team and who are looking to commit to a school for the ECT pathway and beyond. Within Science, you will be encouraged to teach across the Science curriculum through key stages 3 and 4; area of specialism can be flexible but you would be encouraged to teach at GCSE.

All contracts are permanent, you will be employed directly by the school and paid in line with Teachers Pay and Conditions.

The successful candidates will have a relevant undergraduate degree and will be subject to a variety of checks including, eligibility to work in the UK an enhanced DBS and full references including one from your most recent teaching placement.
