Position:
Online Marketing Manager (eMarketing Manager)
Role & Key Responsibilities:
The eMarketing Manager will be solely responsible for developing and managing the company’s online marketing strategy.
Deliver on agreed sales targets and marketing objectives and contribute to business growth.
Develop, manage maintain the company’s ecommerce website.
Achieve highest possible rankings across all major search engines.
Raise the company’s profile and brand awareness in target markets.
Drive the company’s market strategy to European and EMEA markets.
Drive traffic to the company’s website and improve the website’s sales performance.
Create and manage the company’s social media platforms to raise brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Develop and deliver paid advertising initiatives.
Develop any other marketing campaigns for example: newsletters, internal communications, email campaigns, promotions and lead generating campaigns.
Maintain and improve marketing plans and communication with existing clients.
Monitor and report on website analytics, provide accurate analysis of website sales and traffic data, including ROI.
Report marketing activity to the Managing Director on a regular basis.
Skills & Experience:
Must have previous experience of developing and managing e-commerce websites from scratch.
Must have a successful track record of generating leads and achieving set sales targets by delivering e-marketing campaigns.
Must have experience of being solely responsible for marketing and e-commerce website management.
Must be able to show ROI from campaigns delivered.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Adwords.
Experience of creating paid search and advertising campaigns.
Must be experienced with budget management responsibilities and working on multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
Must have experience of liaising with external web development agencies.
Experience of reporting, analysing and acting on data from e-commerce websites.
Must have a broad range of traditional and online marketing experience such as PR, merchandising, brand management and digital marketing including SEO and PPC campaigns.
Experience of writing marketing and sales collateral and articles.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and a CRM system.
Good understanding of high technology products and must have a passion for the internet.
