Driver Assembler

Salary: £26,000 – £29,016 per year

This rapidly expanding manufacturer has a growing list of clients and offers new positions to join their friendy team.

You will be offered full support and training and the vacancy would suit someone with experience in assembly, installation or as a fitter of furniture, wooden/timber items. You must be willing to work outside. Field service engineers or mobile fitters can also be considered. You may have experience in the modular building/cabin hire or similar event hire industries.

The job is based from the Selby area depot and will involve travelling to customer sites across Yorkshire and Humberside. Some heavy lifting will be involved.

You will have either a 7.5Tonne licence with drivers’ CPC or a clean 3.5T licence.

Duties will include:

Working in a team to install/assemble items mostly outdoors on domestic properties

Loading/unloading product onto the vehicle

Maintaining records

Customer service

Use of power tools and other items to build the products on the client premises

Hours will be Mon to Fri day shifts 40hours per week and not unsociable.

Regular overtime is available

Class 2 (7.5T) licence with Driver CPC preferred, alternatively 3.5T clean licence
