Warehouse Operative – Reach Forklift Driver

Salary: £17.3 per hour

Brook Street Recruitment is working with our client in Lurgan to recruit a full time and permanent Warehouse / Reach Forklift Operative

The role involves:

• Loading and unloading trucks as required
• Receiving and dispatching pallets via Warehouse Management System (WMS) using hand held scanners
• Transferring pallets from Loading Bays into relevant rooms and locations via WMS using hand held scanners
• Following all relevant SOPs
• Adhering to the Company HACCP Plan and food safety
• Working in a safe manner and adhering to all Company Health and Safety policies and procedures

Criteria

• Reach Forklift – MHE/FLT certificate essential
• Experience with using a handheld scanner
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work well with others
• Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure
• Flexible and open to change
• Excellent verbal communication skills

Shifts are 4pm to 1am working Monday to Friday – 1 in 3 Saturdays ( 45hrs a week)
Salary will be £17.3per hour
