Driver

We are a courier company with more than 30 years’ courier experience delivering to domestic and business addresses. We are currently recruiting for Parcel Delivery Drivers to work at our new depot in Northampton.

Duties include: –
– Collection of small parcels from the depot (pre-sorted)
– Delivering to residential addresses within the Northampton area (pre-planned routes)
– Providing excellent customer service

Full and structured training will be provided to all new drivers so no previous experience is necessary.

Most of our drivers take advantage of our vehicle hire scheme, this means it is not necessary to have your own vehicle. All petrol is paid for (fuel card) and tax and insurance is included also.

Salary & Benefits:
The salary is £132a day; the average basic salary is £132 a month depending on the amount of days worked.

There is a performance related bonus which adds an additional £10 a shift to the salary. Drivers can earn an extra £220 – £240 per month through the bonus scheme taking potential earnings to £2,880. Overtime is also available upon request.

Working days are planned to 10 hours; the working day finishes when you complete your route – this means the faster you work the earlier you finish.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for individuals who have good customer service skills and enjoy working on their own and as part of a team. Due to self-employed status drivers can choose to work the days that suit you best.
