Domestic Heating Technical Specialist

Domestic Heating Technical Specialist – Cirencester – £23,000 basic plus commission – £35,000 OTE

We are looking for a Domestic Heating Technical Specialist, a new office based role for our professional client who are market leaders in their sector.
The role will involve:

• Overseeing remote boiler installation surveys
• Liaising with the internal installation department
• High levels of customer service at all times
• Identify any issues with existing systems that may lead to issues prior to installation

To be considered candidates will:

• The successful candidate must have/held gas qualifications (ACS), CCN1, CEN1, WAT1 and CPA1
• The candidate must also have a minimum NVQ Level 2, City and Guild or equivalent in plumbing or heating discipline
• Experience of Oil and LPG heating systems is desirable
• Good level of IT capability including messaging, video conferencing and social media

This role is suitable for someone from a wide range of backgrounds and has an understanding of domestic customers and the requirement for high levels of customer service.

Working hours to cover:

Monday to Friday 8am – 9pm
Saturday 9am – 5pm
Sunday 10am – 5pm
