Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year
Working within a National Distribution Centre as a Shift Manager efficiently and effectively managing a team of Group Leaders and Warehouse Operatives to achieve key site objectives. The successful candiate will obersee core elements of the role within various departnebts to ensure quality management and first line performance.

We’re looking for a Distribution Centre Shift Managers, based in Northampton. You’ll be rewarded with an attractive package of upto 35,000k as a total salary dependent on shift and experience, together with other benefits and a contributory pension.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Implement and improve operating procedureswithin the DC
Drive, lead and support Group Leader population
Be aware of budgets and costs related to the operation
Undertake ADHOC projects to develop effective continuous improvement
Balance financial and service requirements to meet customer needs
