Dispatcher Part-Time Weekends

My client based in Halifax is looking for an highly confident Administrator to support the field based engineers with their daily workloads ensuring they are able to attend clients premises prepared and well informed, thus ensuring the client is running smoothly according to our Service Level Agreements.

• Control of a geographical region somewhere in the UK
• Allocating engineers with their workloads
• Mainly dealing with emergency call outs, but also general maintenance/health checks
• Building excellent relationships with your Engineers and other clients
• Working closely with other internal teams i.e. Call Desk and Parts team
• Planning the routes for the engineering by using the IT systems
• Problem solving and prioritising workloads
• Supporting your team and colleagues where possible
• Liaising with customers over the telephone and by email

For you application to be considered you must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Someone confident on the telephone
• Someone who enjoys a very busy and fast paced job
• Someone who is able to build good relationships with the engineers and business customers
• You must be IT literate: MS Office, word, excel, emails and bespoke databases

Pro-rata Salary: £26,000 per year+ annual performance bonus of £4,200 paid monthly.

Part-time hours: 21.5 hours per week to include:

Friday 12.00pm to 5.00pm
Saturday 7.30am to 3.00pm
Sunday 7.30am 1.00pm
Monday 8.30am to 1.00pm
