Director of Financial Shared Services

Parkinson Lee Executive Search, part of the Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with a FTSE listed PLC as they now seek to appoint a Director of Financial Shared Services to lead their centralised UK Financial function based in Yorkshire. This is a rare and unique opportunity to join a market leader in their specialist field at a time of significant change and business growth.

Main responsibilities include:

*Full responsibility for Directing the Shared Service Centre of c100 staff which includes R2R, O2C and P2P
*Define and manage improvement & stabilisation projects
*Define and implement stakeholder management and communications strategy
*Develop and implement SLA’s & KPI’s
*Establish governance to involve and achieve buy in from the business

The successful candidate with be an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant who possesses senior Director experience gained within listed PLC’s and a proven track record of success in the implementation & management of large corporate Shared Service Centres. Management of business process improvements and re-engineering projects (O2C, P2P & R2R) is essential. The ideal candidate will be used to managing and developing large teams and the constant delivery and development of high service levels to senior stakeholders.
