Our client are the market leading in delivering Business Processing Outsourcing services across many verticals. Due to team growth they now seek and experienced Assistant Digital Project Manager for its offices based in London. Reporting directly to the Divisional Marketing Manager this is an exciting time to join a growing team responsible for all aspects of digital marketing. You will join the digital team that is responsible for supporting the maintenance and development of all aspects of our clients digital services. These include corporate client and customer facing websites, transactional client and customer facing web portals and digital communication channels.

You will be responsible for the day to day support of our clients transactional websites and for reporting Business as Usual updates to key internal stakeholders and external clients. You will work largely using our clients bespoke content management systems to ensure that configuration of over 1000 client websites across the Financial Services industry is accurate. Our clients services are fairly specialist in their nature so you will be required to learn the detail around their portals and become a subject matter expert around their functionality. As well as working closely with colleagues across the wider digital team you will also work with the IT, Relationship Management and Operations teams across the business to ensure that day to day updates are provided around website configuration or issues/errors.

Please note that this is not a marketing role so candidates that are marketing focused in the usual SEO, PPC or wider marketing affiliate mix need not apply.

The digital team consists of approximately 15 people and is informally split into two areas: one to focus on content and communications and one to focus on management and development of our clients portals functionality, usability and day to day support. As the Assistant Digital Project Manager you will support the latter.

The ideal Assistant Digital Project Manager must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

A minimum of 1+ years experience in a similar Assistant Digital Project Manager, Portal Manager or equivalent role.
Experience working with transactional content managed websites which require configuration.
Experience of working in the Financial Services sector and advantage but not essential.
The ability to liaise with both internal stakeholders and external clients at all levels.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Remuneration:

Salary: To £36,000 dependent on experience Benefits: An excellent corporate benefits package including a contributory pension, employee benefits save and you earn scheme and discounts on insurances.
