My client, a leading public sector organisation, is seeking to recruit a Digital Portfolio Manager to join their team in the North West. As a Digital Portfolio Manager you will be required to create, deliver and continuously improve a portfolio function based on agile and lean principles and methodologies.

Key Tasks and Deliverables
*Provide day to day management for the Portfolio Function
*Lead implementation and review of the portfolio management framework
*Challenge and deliver Management Dashboards
*Is responsible for implementation and ongoing delivery of effective portfolio governance arrangements supported by effective reporting
*Managing peoples’ work assignments through flexible resourcing to support the effective delivery of business priorities and targets within the Technology Business Plan
*Contribute to wider Tech Strategic Goals supporting the development needs of staff

Experience Required
*Effective interpersonal skills
*Proven successful Delivery Management and/or PMO background
*Management of teams in diverse locations
*Ability to work across organisational boundaries and build alliances across the wider organisation
*Experience of Risk Management
*Prince II Practitioner
