Our internationally based client is seeing a Digital Marketing Manager to join their successful team. They are market-leading with members from all over the world that provide a rich and cultural understanding.

Job Description

You will be responsible for developing, delivering and executive their digital marketing strategies.

You will be involved in successful planning and tactical execution through a vast range of appropriate digital marketing channels that include online, mobile, social, email, digital advertising and SEO.

You will partner with Creative Services and many external agencies to accomplish goals.

There must be an understanding which digital communication channels best convey the brand message and reach the targeted audiences and will work closely with internal Marketing Managers as well as their direct sales team. This will all be to create digital communication solutions to accompany overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Translate business goals and brand strategies into digital marketing objectives.
Creating and communicating the different marketing targets and briefs.
You will be working closely with Marketing Managers to develop specific digital strategies.
Identifying requirements for all creative assignments
Managing a digital marketing deliverables that require initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting.
You will be leading a team of 11 that include a variety of managers including Social Media, Web Development, Paid Media and China Marketing etc.
Developing campaign strategies, tactics and action plans with external agency partners and internal marketing management teams.
Use analytic tools to monitor, track and optimize digital presence, segmentation and campaigns based on historical performance
Prepare reports to inform various audiences of performance in all dimensions of digital marketing efforts and showcase the impact achieved.
Plan and manage the digital marketing budget.
Analyse site performance regularly
Lead website development
Provide direction on the planning for the look and feel of each page with emphasis on conversions, product placement, and navigation ad site integrity.
Ensure that business requirements related to site development are developed and communicated with the agency.
Deliver website assets by working with internal teams
Continually monitor and suggest improvements for the usability, content and organic search conversion.
Ensuring website maintenance and content updates
Manage the content and engagement for all social media platforms.

Attributes

Strong PPC bias and managed a PPC team
Influencing skills, first class with a willingness to challenge the status quo
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across marketing/communications and IT functions
Ability to organize, juggle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
