This business is a consistent virgin 100 fast track organisation, with extremely high levels of growth and an ambitious plan to expand over the coming years. Because of their huge success they are looking to expand their digital marketing team with the addition of a new Digital Performance Manager.

This is a broad digital acquisition role; the successful candidate will be tasked will be taking a hands on view of managing all aspects of digital performance.

Coming ideally from a paid search background, this role will have the autonomy to plan execute the businesses digital strategy with the end goal of expanding the organisations digital presence whilst delivering a positive ROI. Ideally you will have hands on recent experience building digital campaigns in addition to managing 3rd party agencies.

Responsibilities

• Very strong hands on experience managing google AdWords campaigns
• Able to interlink organic strategies in to paid strategies
• Customer focused and able to build campaigns around specific target markets
• Previous experience managing at least 5 figure digital budgets
• Good understanding on wider digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Affiliates etc)
• Experience of working with and managing 3rd party agencies
