Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year
A fantastic opportunity for a highly experience and competent digital marketer to join this Devon based business at an exciting time of development. The client is ideally looking to appoint someone on an interim or Fixed Term initially, however they do also want the successful to candidate to be available and seeking a permanent position.
The business have made the strategic decision to move their digital marketing function in-house, having benefited from 3rd party support I recent years. This process needs to be carefully managed and structured to ensure consistency and a seamless transition over time.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
· Manage all SEO campaigns across the business – this is an essential skill for this position
· Optimisation of all content across two websites
· Manage Google rankings, run AdWords campaigns
· Maintain social media presence across all channels including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
· Create artwork and copy for mailshots, manage data lists
· Responsible for web content for both sites including blog copy
· Measure performance of all digital marketing activities, reporting on ROI and KPI’s
· Contribute creatively and practically to marketing and digital strategies in line with business needs
The successful candidate will have proven digital marketing experience which is likely to come from a fast paced agency setting where keeping pace with emerging technologies is critical. Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and across the marketing function is essential, coupled with solid experience of website analytics e.g. Google Analytics. Highly tech savvy, you will have extensive optimisation experience, knowledge of ad serving tools and good working knowledge of html, CMS and Excel.
To be considered for this role you must be available for an interim or Fixed Term contract initially, and you must also be looking for a permanent position. This role is likely to develop into a permanent opportunity but will commence on a temporary/short term basis at first.
