The Position

We are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Assistant who will be responsible for the administrational set-up of the online advertising of Galliard`s developments and properties and the reporting on their online performance. The Marketing Assistant will provide direct line support to the Marketing Executives across a wide range of digital marketing projects and strategies.

You will be responsible for the following;

– Creating and publishing photos and floor plans using Photoshop
– Upload all property content and creative design across the relevant digital platforms
– Maintain the property information across all sites and make amendments where necessary
– Provide administrative support to the Marketing Executives
– Assist in building and maintaining pages across the website
– Audit and report on content and availability across all developments
– Analyse and report weekly on developments` online performance

The Person

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience;

– A genuine interest in digital marketing
– A sound understanding of marketing across various digital platforms (knowledge of online property portals incl. Rightmove & Zoopla is highly desirable)
– Strong administrative skills
– Excellent written and verbal communications skills
– Computer literate with strong Excel skills
– Experience of working with digital developments and a desire to learn and develop in a fast paced environment
– Good attention to detail

This role is ideal for someone who has had previous experience in a similar role within the digital marketing and/or property industry.
