Job Description:

The primary role of the Digital Marketing Apprentice is to co-ordinate online and technology driven activities and to plan, implement and apply these tools to drive customer acquisition, customer engagement and customer retention.

Marketing will focus on selling our support services and ancillary services such as security, backups, antivirus etc. Campaigns will be developed with our strategic partners, e.g. Microsoft, ESET, Mimecast etc.

Our client has built a strong brand and reputation through word of mouth. Introducing digital activity will build upon our reputation and extend our reach to customers who aren’t fully aware of our services.

Digital tools that will be used include pay per click, SEO, email marketing, web analytics, social media etc.

This role will report in to the Sales Manager who will help you learn and develop over the course of the apprenticeship.

We are looking to speak to candidate with the follow:
• Good written communication skills.
• Ability to work on own or in a team.
• Ability to review and analyse data
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Microsoft Publisher would be an advantage
• Project management skills would be an advantage.
• Commitment to quality and good attention to detail
