We are now recruiting for a leading manufacturer based in Staffordshire who are looking for a Digital Content Manager to come in to a newly created role and develop their digital marketing. This is a great opportunity for someone to really develop all digital areas of this companies communications and join a successful Marketing team.

As Digital Content Manager you will be responsible for managing all areas of digital marketing to improve the SEO ranking and online customer engagement strategies and ensure that everything is optimised. The role will involve the project management of the development of a new website and e-commerce site and so project management experience is essential. You will also be responsible for managing the external digital agencies and reporting on performance and suggesting recommendations to ensure you are continuously improving on the digital offering.

To be successful as Digital Content Manager you will need the following skills and experience:
• A relevant marketing degree with a CIM or equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years experience of working in a similar role with excellent working knowledge of current social media techniques and digital content optimisation.
• Experience of working with and managing 3rd parties and agencies.
• Solid project management skills. Any experience of managing the redevelopment of a new website would also be beneficial.
• Excellent communication and ‘people skills’.
• Organised with the ability to thrive in a high pressure environment.
