Digital Account Manager

My client is looking for a Digital Account/Project Manager to join their award winning team. The role has been created as a result of new client wins and growth in their existing client base.

The role requires experience of both account and project management so the individual will be comfortable in a client facing role as much as attending the daily standup with our team of excellent developers.

They specialise in Magento and clients trust them to be at the cutting edge of e-commerce in terms of both development and marketing. You’ll be expected to embody the team spirit and be an advocate of e-commerce. They offer a fantastic environment to work in, flexible working hours and as much table tennis as you can swing a bat at.

Required experience

E-commerce. Preferably at least two years working in a digital agency environment with a portfolio of clients however they are happy to consider individuals who have worked in an e-commerce management role but you would need to demonstrate your ability to manage multiple demands on your time.

Business minded with an eye for opportunities. Clients expect you to regularly present new ideas and ways to improve their online presence. You’ll need to build strong relationships with your clients so they continue to grow and succeed.

Not afraid when things get technical. E-commerce isn’t for the faint-hearted. You will be able to write a technical specification if required.
