Digital Account Director

A great opportunity to join a successful Digital Media Agency in Surrey as a Digital Account Director has arisen! Reporting to the Client Services Director, the Account Director will be handling a portfolio of some of the world’s largest companies with a wide range of digital services. Working for a Digital Media Agency who provides very specialist services and expertise in the online recruitment industry; you will be responsible for overseeing all of the digital activities such as Social Media Campaigns, PPC, SEO, Research and Analytics, and web builds to meet all clients’ needs and requirements.

The main purpose of the Account Director is to translate the clients’ strategy and commercial requirements into the work that is delivered, and planning that work for clients across a wide variety of digital services including but not limited to Social Media Campaigns, PPC, SEO, Research and Analytics. Liaising with teams of delivery professionals you will act as the client representative internally assuring excellence and imagination within the delivery of their services. Part of the role is to use vision and creativeness to help develop the company’s services and directly support the growth of the business.
At least 5 years experience in a Digital Account Management role and managing a large portfolio of clients is required from the Account Director. Digital experience and up to date knowledge of digital attraction channels is a must, as well as an agency background and ideally some recruitment industry knowledge.
