Warrington
£40,000 – £55,000 DOE, Company Car/Allowance, Pension, Healthcare.
My Client:
My client is one of the leading House Builders in the UK. They have a reputation for building high quality homes. Due to an ambitious growth plan, they are now seeking 2 Development Managers to join their office based in Warrington, you will be managing developments throughout the North West.
The Role:
Negotiate legals documentation such as Land Assembly, Construction, Development Management
Appoint external consultants with the aim of delivering planning application
Chair meetings
Monitor financial performance
Liaise with other departments such as Sales, Technical, Construction
Risk ManagementThe Ideal Candidate:
Proven track record in managing complex residential developments through the major elements of the cycle of development
Will be able to create coherent development plans
Capable of visualising projects and managing the delivery of the key stages of these projects
Will be a leader
Able to communicate effectively, with strong project management skills
Ideally will be educated to Degree level, or hold an appropriate professional qualification
