We are recruiting for a Residential Development Manager to run a residential scheme near Harrow station. This will be a full time permanent role working Monday to Friday. Paying up to £54,000 pa

What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the development.
Adhering to health and safety procedures ensuring top standards are continuously being met.
Regular building patrols.
Delivering exceptional customer service with residents.
Liaising with contractors and external staff.
What are we looking for?
Someone who has experience in a similar residential role (minimum 2 years).
The ability to problem solve.
