About the Company
We are looking for a Business Development Manager based in the UK for a TFM supplier who delivers Facilities maintenance across the board to various Public and Private organisations.

Account management and client liaison skills are Desirable.
Bidding and tendering for multimillion commercial and public sector contracts is desirable
Previous experience within a building services or TFM organisation is
Experience of selling and closing contracts either hard services or TFM is essential Key Skills/Knowledge
Excellent client management skills
Good knowledge of the sales process
Good technical knowledge within building services
Key relationships with end users
Good people skills
Good communication skills
Good team skills – must be able to work closely with colleagues and other departments
Able to work independently, when required Education/Qualifications
A recognised qualification in technical services would be desirable (e.g. City & Guilds, HNC)
Membership of a recognised professional body would also be desirable Business Development Manager – Responsibilities
The role will be developing new business and account management of current clients, working with specifiers
/ consultancies and end users including private & public sector organisations.
This role would suit a BDM, Sales Manager, Business Development Executive, Account Manager or Senior Business Development Manager with experience delivering sales in the FM, Building Services sectors, anyone outside of these sectors would not be considered at this time for interview.
